Kōtuku Term 1 Highlights

 We have had a great start to our year in Kōtuku. Check out some of the highlights from Term 1.

Baboons Nest

 We read Baboons Nest and then used the ipads to create a picture from the book.

Paper Planes

This term, we are going to have an inquiry focus on flight. We'll be learning about lots of things to do with planes, flight, airports, runways, positional language and the mechanics of flying. To kick us off, we made some paper planes in Kotuku and took them outside to see how they flew. Today we will use this as inspiration for our writing. Check out our photos!
