Here is my dessert challenge from yesterdays meet up.
Chocolate bowls.
- Melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water or in the microwave
- Blow up balloons to fit inside a small bowl or cup.
- When the chocolate is melted, put it into another bowl a little bit bigger than the balloon you’ve blow up.
- Hold the knotted end of the balloon and dip the smooth end into the chocolate bowl.
- Twirl the balloon around the bowl
- Take out it and turn it over so that the tied end is at the bottom
- Put the chocolate covered balloon into a cup and sprinkle the top with whatever you want… I used sprinkles.
- After this you put it in the freezer until the chocolate is set.
- When the chocolate is set you bring them out of the freezer and pop the balloon and peel It off the chocolate
- Turn the bowl over, put it on a plate and fill up with ice-cream. YUMMY!
Hi Lisha- what a yummy challenge. It sound a bit tricky. Do you have a picture of the final chocolate cup?
ReplyDeleteYou seem to be quite the lockdown chef!
Hi, is this your post Sharlah? I loved seeing your chocolate bowl in the google meet, what a clever idea, thanks for showing the steps for us too. I think that I would like to make these one day too. Have you tried one yet? I wonder what flavour ice cream you put in it?
ReplyDeleteYes I will have a picture this afternoon... filled with ice cream!
