Yesterday my Mum and I wrote down the alphabet, then numbered them A – 1, B – 2, C – 3 and so on. My aim was to work out the value of the names of the people in my family.
The results as follows:
Brett | 65 |
Kirsty | 64 |
Aeryn | 63 |
Nathaniel | 84 |
Kaela | 30 |
Malakye | 69 |
Then we did a graph to show the results as well:
Wow - I Like the graph. Did you need to use a calculator to add all those numbers? Well done for completing the task.
ReplyDeleteWow Nathaniel. What great team work in your family. That was so interesting to see. That was a great effort, thanks for sharing with us. I enjoy seeing what you are all up to! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Nathaniel
ReplyDeleteThis is really impressive! Was this a task you were asked to do? Or did you just think of it yourself? I love that you have shown your findings in graph form. This definitely has the WOW factor about it. Great work and I look forward to seeing more posts.
Mrs T
Well done to you all.
ReplyDeleteHey Nathaniel. What a great activity you and Mum have done together. I like puzzles like that. Presenting your discoveries in a graph is clever. That was a lot of numbers to add up. Well done. Thank you for sharing. Maybe other children might like to try this with their families.
ReplyDeleteHi friends, I used a calculator to add up all the number (Mum helped until I got the hang of using it). GREAT FUN - from Nathaniel
