Sharlah and Scarlett had lots of fun this morning with this science experiment…. Sharlah’s text below:
Today we made a rainbow using card and a glass with water.
- We put the cardon a flat surface, beside the window.
- Next we put the glass of water on the card.
- I lifted the glass up and made a rainbow.
- It was the card, the water, the sun and the window.
- Do you know that when sun shines through water it bends the light to make rainbow shapes?
Wow I love your science experiment girls! Great work. It's a perfect day for using the sun to do an experiment too. Thanks for writing up what you did - I enjoyed reading about it :)
